Worth being straight about the material. This uses synthetic leather rather than hide, and there are real differences.
Synthetic is more consistent, cheaper, and considerably more tolerant of water than genuine leather is. What it will not do is develop the patina that real leather does, so it looks much the same in two years as on arrival. Whether that is a benefit or a loss depends on what you want from a bracelet.
