A few questions come up often enough that the answer may already be here.

Where is my order? Standard shipping runs 7 to 12 business days, which covers processing, manufacturing and delivery. You can follow progress on our order tracking page.

What size should I order? Rings use US numeric sizes and our ring size chart converts those to millimetres. For clothing, the apparel size chart gives measurements rather than letters, which is the reliable way to choose. Paintings are covered by the painting size chart.

Can I return it? Yes, within 30 days of receiving your order. Our shipping policy has the details.
