Wolf Shower Curtain

A wolf shower curtain is the single cheapest way to change how a bathroom feels, and that is not a small claim. Use a liner. A printed curtain hung alone will take the full force of the water, and while the fabric handles it, a liner keeps the printed side dry, cleaner and considerably longer lived. It also does the actual waterproofing job better than any decorative curtain does.

Check your ring count against the eyelets. Skipping alternate holes to save rings leaves gaps that let water through and makes the curtain hang in uneven waves.

Hang the bottom edge inside the bath or tray rather than outside. This sounds obvious and is the most common cause of a wet bathroom floor, since water runs down the inside face and needs somewhere to land.

How print behaves in a wet room

A bathroom is the most demanding environment any printed textile in our range has to survive, and it is worth knowing what to expect.

Constant humidity is harder on fabric than occasional soaking. The single most useful habit is drawing the curtain closed after use rather than bunching it at one end, because a spread curtain dries and a bunched one stays damp in the folds. Mildew starts in those folds every time.

Ventilate if you can. An extractor fan or an open window does more for the life of a shower curtain than any cleaning routine.

Most curtains here can be machine washed cool when needed. Air dry rather than tumble drying, and rehang while slightly damp so the creases fall out under their own weight.
