Square white eyes, each holding a single black block, sit either side of a peach muzzle patch with a thick black bar across it for the nose and a dark grey lower jaw beneath. This is a wolf drawn on a grid and then rebuilt in pale grey plush: the head keeps its cube, the ears sit small and rounded with dark grey tips, and the legs stay short and straight, exactly as they appear on screen.

In the game the wolf starts out wild. Give it bones and it sits when told, follows you between biomes and joins in a fight, which makes it one of very few creatures in that world to become a real companion rather than scenery. Plenty of players still remember their first one by name. This is that wolf, at the moment you meet it among the trees.

Two sizes are made, 20 cm and 22 cm. Both stand easily beside a keyboard, and both travel in a bag to a friend's house for an evening of building.
