A laptop fits, but use a sleeve

The honest version, because this matters and the specification does not mention it.

At 29 x 16 x 42 cm, a laptop goes in comfortably if you slide it in with its long edge upright rather than trying to lay it flat across the width. Most people try it the wrong way round first and conclude it does not fit.

What this bag does not have is a dedicated padded laptop compartment. The back panel is foam lined, which helps, but there is nothing holding a machine in place or protecting its corners from whatever else is in there.

So: a laptop travels fine in this bag inside its own sleeve, and travels badly loose alongside keys and a water bottle. A sleeve costs very little and is the difference.

The design

A wolf head with a direct stare, printed sharp. It is the most legible design in our backpack range at a distance, because a face is the shape human vision handles best.
