A flat grey wolf head sits on the hood, drawn in simple shapes: a black nose, two white upper teeth, a red tongue and small ears set wide apart. It belongs to the storybook end of the animal rather than the horror film end, and the rest of the onesie is built to match that.
The body is grey with a large white panel down the front, which follows the pale underside a real wolf carries from the chin through the chest and belly. It fastens with a line of buttons up the centre. Sleeves and legs run long and loose, gathered at the wrist and ankle, and the hood sits back off the face, so the wolf head can be worn up or dropped behind the shoulders. The photograph shows it on an adult, with the hood held forward so the wolf face reads straight on.
