Iron-On Wild Wolf Patch

Amber eyes and a wide snarl carry this design. The wolf faces forward, head filling the whole patch, muzzle drawn back over white fangs with red at the gum line and tongue. The fur runs from pale grey through to white across the face, then breaks into black stitching at the ruff, and the edge is cut to follow that fur rather than a frame.

Sized to be seen

Insignia splits into two jobs. Name tapes and rank flashes are made to be read close up, while a large chest or back badge is made to be read across a room, which is why club and unit patches at that scale lean on a bold silhouette and very few colours. This one is built for the second job: a single head, straight on, with nothing else competing for attention.

Two accents against grey

Almost the whole design sits in grey, white and black. The departures are the orange of the eyes and the red inside the mouth, and because they are the only warm notes on the badge, the gaze and the snarl are the first things anyone sees.
