A signet is the oldest form of ring there is: a flat face carrying a mark, originally used to press a seal into wax. This one keeps the width and the weight of that tradition but works the mark into the band itself.
Here the mark is a wolf head in profile, raised from the metal rather than cut into it, with the fur carried on in long strokes around the rest of the band.
All three are finishes over stainless steel, so the durability is identical and the choice is purely about what else you wear. Silver agrees with steel watches and most modern jewelry. Gold reads warmer and pairs better with brown leather and with any gold you already own. Black is the quietest of the three, and it throws the carving into contrast rather than shine.
Mixing them on the same hand is the one thing worth avoiding.
Signets are traditionally worn on the little finger. Sizing runs by inside circumference here, and the ring size chart converts from US numbers.
