A small difference between a shoulder bag and a backpack that changes what a print is for.

A backpack design is on the back panel, worn outward, seen by everybody except the owner. It is closer to a t-shirt graphic: a statement made to other people.

A crossbody bag hangs at your front or side, so the design is in your own field of view most of the day. That makes it worth choosing something you actually enjoy looking at rather than something that simply looks impressive from behind.

The design

A wolf head looking straight out of a violet nebula, with a ringed planet crossing behind it, smaller worlds around the edges and a spiral galaxy turning in the lower corner. It works at this size because it is built from big blocks of colour, purple and blue with bright planets set against them, rather than from fine detail that would close up when the design is reduced.

The bag

17 x 6 x 23 cm, Oxford fabric and black nylon, adjustable strap, strong zips. Water resistant rather than fully waterproof.
