Geralt of Rivia picks up a great many names across the books, and the one that stuck is Gwynbleidd, given to him in the Elder Speech. It translates as white wolf.
It is not a compliment when it is first used. It is what you call something that turns up alone, does unpleasant work nobody else will do, and is not made welcome afterwards.
In the stories a witcher's medallion is not decoration. It marks which school he trained at, and the wolf belongs to Kaer Morhen, the ruined keep in the mountains where Geralt was raised.
It is also supposed to shiver near magic, which is the detail every reader remembers and the one no pendant can honestly offer.
This is a fan piece styled after that design rather than official merchandise, and it is better to say so than to let anyone assume otherwise.
A large pendant needs a plain neckline behind it. Against a patterned shirt the detail is lost; against a dark t-shirt or an open collar the shape reads properly.
