Women Wolf Bracelet (Steel)

Two wolves meet at the front of this bracelet, muzzle to muzzle, each with its jaw closed round the same round ring. Behind them runs a curb chain, the pattern in which every link is given a half twist so the whole length lies flat against the skin instead of rolling, an old piece of chainmaker's work used wherever a chain is meant to be seen as well as worn.

Nose to nose

Both heads are modelled facing forward, ears pricked, brows creased and the short fur along the cheeks cut in fine lines. They are polished to the same mirror finish as the links, so light travels across heads and chain in one unbroken sweep.

The curb links

The links are broad and flattened and set close together, so from any distance the chain reads as a single bright band rather than a row of loops. Silver in tone throughout, with the shine carrying the whole design.

Keeping the shine

A soft dry cloth brings a polished chain straight back to brightness after wear, and the flat links make that quick work.
