Track Your Order

Track your parcel here:

Open the order tracker

Enter the tracking number from your shipment confirmation email and you will see each step of the journey.

Where to find your tracking number

It arrives by email in your shipment confirmation, normally within 48 to 72 hours of placing your order. That is a separate email from the order confirmation you get straight away, so look for the second one.

If it is not in your inbox, check spam. If it is not there either, email us at contact@wolf-horde.com with your order number and we will send it to you.

If tracking shows nothing yet

This is the most common question we get, and it is almost never a problem.

A tracking number is created when the shipping label is printed, which happens before the parcel physically enters the carrier network. It can take a few days after that for the first scan to appear. Your parcel is not lost, it simply has not been scanned yet.

Parcels also go quiet in the middle of the journey, sometimes for a week, between leaving the dispatch centre and reaching the delivery carrier in your country. Movement usually reappears once it clears customs.

How long delivery should take

7 to 12 business days from the day you order. That covers processing, manufacturing and transit. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Larger orders are sometimes split across more than one parcel with separate tracking numbers, so part of your order may arrive before the rest.

If your order has not arrived

If it has been 20 business days since you ordered and nothing has arrived, email us and we will treat the parcel as lost. We will reship it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before throwing anything away, and email us within 14 days of delivery.

Still stuck

Email contact@wolf-horde.com with your order number in the first line and we will chase it for you. Full details are in our shipping policy.
