Coins have carried house marks for as long as houses have had them, and this round charm borrows the habit outright. A direwolf head fills the upper field in raised relief, mane swept back in layered points, jaws open toward the edge, while a notched border runs the whole way round the rim in the manner of milling on a struck coin.
Beneath the wolf sit three short lines of raised lettering: Winter, Coming, and the house name Stark. The disc is finished in a dark gunmetal grey, so the high points of the mane and the letters lift into the light while the sunken ground stays shadowed. That contrast is what gives the design its depth.
This is a fan piece rather than an official release from the series, and we would rather say so up front. A small triangular bail and a few chain links hold the medallion under a wide split ring.
