The wolf's face is split down the muzzle by two light sources. The left half sits in warm amber and tawny gold, the right half falls away into deep violet shadow. Warm and cool sit opposite each other on the colour wheel, and putting them side by side makes both look stronger than either would alone. That is why this face reads from across a room.

The dream catcher behind the head

A woven hoop sits behind the head on the right, its web picked out in fine pale thread, with beads and long feathers trailing down towards the lower edge. Below it, mountains sit as flat dark silhouettes against a purple sky, and a warm glow lifts the lower left, so the eye goes to the face first and finds the detail afterwards.

Printed in 3D high definition, the gradient runs smoothly from lit to shadowed rather than stepping into blocks, so the feather barbs and the eyes keep their edges. The head fills the whole face of the blanket and the print runs corner to corner.

Made from flexible and resistant microfibre. Four sizes: 75 x 100 cm, 130 x 150 cm, 150 x 200 cm and 228 x 228 cm. Cold wash for better durability.
